I am a licensed clinical and sport psychologist. I obtained my Master’s Degree in Sport Psychology from Temple University in 2016, and my Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology from La Salle University in 2021. I have been providing services to clients for the past decade. I am listed on the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee Mental Health Directory.
At Temple University, I conducted research on free throw shooting in high-pressure situations. I interviewed men’s collegiate basketball players who had attempted high-pressure free throws (i.e. near the end of the game, close score, tournament environment, etc.) and parsed out the themes of what led to either success or failure in those types of scenarios. At La Salle University, I conducted research on the relationship between dispositional mindfulness and free throw shooting in men’s and women’s collegiate basketball players.
In addition to providing therapy and conducting research, I have also taught Introduction to Psychology and Introduction to Sport Psychology at Bryn Mawr College and La Salle University.

Individual Therapy: I specialize in working with people who are high-functioning but struggling with something in their lives, whether it’s anxiety, their relationships, adjusting to a life transition, or just a general sense that things could be better for them. The people I work with tend to be:
Elite athletes at the professional, collegiate, or high school level trying to maintain both high performance and mental wellbeing.
High-achieving professionals trying to manage stress associated with work-life balance while also attaining high levels of career fulfillment.
Parents with young children adjusting to motherhood or fatherhood who want to effectively navigate return to work, identity transformation, and maintaining their sense of self and their relationships (all while trying to be the best parent they can be).
The introspective individual who wants to better understand the way they think, feel, act, and relate to others.
Mental Performance Coaching: I provide mental skills coaching to athletes and other high-performers to help them develop the mindset needed to thrive under pressure conditions and experience a greater sense of “flow” in their performances. Some of what may be covered could include:
Mindfulness training for greater present-moment awareness and focus and less time spent “in your head.”
How to effectively channel emotions into performance.
Cultivating a competitive mindset to take on challenges, rather than shy away from them.
Developing routines to facilitate peak performance.
Consultation & Workshops: I provide consultation and workshops for teams and organizations in sports, law, business, and medicine, teaching psychological skills that help people navigate demanding environments and improve overall team and organizational functioning. I have conducted workshops with the following groups:
Professional, collegiate, and high school sport teams
Coaches and athletics staff
Local small businesses
Law firms
Summer internship programs

There is no one-size fits all approach to therapy. My focus is on establishing a relationship with you where there is collaboration and trust.
Typically, I like to get a sense of what it is that you’d like to achieve in therapy or what you’d like to be different in your life. I’ll ask what’s been working, and also what hasn’t quite been working in the way that you want it to. I take the time to learn about you and the things that matter most to you in your life.
I tend to utilize approaches grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which ultimately builds the skill of psychological flexibility. Psychological flexibility allows us to more skillfully navigate the psychological challenges of life in the pursuit of meaningful and valued experiences.
